Project Planning

Here's another idea I'm exploring: project planning for teams. One tool I've heard about is a Gantt chart. I explored that in an earlier post: Oops, I forgot to post that video! Well, I'll look for it and try posting later. Anyway, I learned how to set up a Gantt chart using Excel, but this bit of software from Ganttic that promises to set it up for me. Perhaps I'll give it a try...
